Taxi changes

Is it possible to toggle on and off duty from your phone? (aimed more at the "casual" taxi driver - uber, lyft etc). This way people could be out in the world and just fancy being taxi drivers for a little bit if the server was quiet. 

Also on the liveried taxi could you make it possible to either turn off or get rid of the huge monstrosity on the roof, it is too bright to clearly see the advertising and hurts my eyes when I am looking at the car from a certain angle. 

Lastly, would it be possible to reduce (a lot) the cool down between NPC jobs - maybe down to like 1-3 minutes - just to give more people more encouragement to go on duty and do the job.

Turns out when I own the taxi I can toggle the npc jobs from the taxi so this point is already covered but could would love to still see if it's possible to accomplish the other points. 

Edit: it would be great if we could toggle PLAYER jobs on and off in the taxi as opposed to needing to go to the taxi office to do this. This may mean more people offer to be cab drivers.
