Taking spikes to the next level -Is this allowed?

This was talked about when I was a cop, I don't think its allowed unless the whole server knows about it.

 
If its allowed why haven't any cops have been using it in all this time? In all the time on the server this is the first time I see this. And I have about 400 or more hours on the server...

 
I have been using it for months, never got reported, never got a compliant, neither will he. 

So stop the bullshit reporting of a freaking honest cop that acutally knows what he is doing.

ok cool i did tell you that I threw it out of the window, but as you have notice I have not reported you for killing a police officer in the police HQ food for thought my friend food for thought.

But anyway. The cops are allowed to spike people from inside the car now? I'm assuming the rebels can aswell then. Time for a bit of high level troll without even being in danger at all.

(No police arnt allowed to, and its being spread around now. We dont see how you can RP throwing a spike strip out a window and it deploying.)

Well thats funny because I'm pretty sure I told you before even arriving at the HQ to unrestrain me ;)

I'mk missing a trick here... I can't see anyone in the passenger seat. Is he is the back or something?! 

Not that it matters... Fuel is like, as legit as they come. I don't see the guy intentionally breaking any rules.  :unsure: He's just not the type.

does not make a difference you shot which is poor rp as we was getting you to drop your gun which in real life we could just take it off you while you was restrained, but you decided to shoot him

I'm assuming that I can't report him then. Since its not been "Spread out" yet... or what?
