Tabbing out and back in.

This could be something very basic to fix or could simply be something that cannot be changed, whenever i tab out to quickly check a ts ping or anything and then tab back in when im driving for example and i then press shift to go faster the steam overlay that's normally activated by Shift + Tab pops up and i have to then close that down, which on numerous occasions has killed me when it makes me crash into a wall or i can move when i'm being shot at.

Is there any way i can fix this or do i just need to live with it?

go in steam settings and disable overlay and u can make game go fullscreen borderless it will make your life easier
