Description of what happened: After a successfull Robbery of "independent persons", we first got RDM'd by 3x guys. T.R.F Scuba with 2x Friends, Mai Chong and Adolf.  (Have no Video Proof of the RDM). After they broke RDM rule, Obviously I broke NLR rule to go speak with these guys, so I respawned in Paros, got to the area, but a firefight was still going on. (I again, picked up a gun from the ground and killed a 2x guys). 
 
After I got killed again, I respawned and got back to Paros, to talk with NO guns with these guys, out of roleplay explaining RDM for them. I saw Mr. T.R.F Scuba fixing he's vehicle, and went to talk to him, when he sais faul stuff like cry on the shoulder etc..(Doesnt really matter), but when he got into he's truck, you first knocked me over by hitting me with his car, he then reversed alittlebit and then drove over me. You will see this on the video.
 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes. Ingame since these guys are not on TS.

So you broke NLR and killede 2 people by doinge it? :(

Next time, go find them on TS or side chat instead :)

 
NLR is not in place if you were RDMed but you cannot revenge kill which you admitted too. I think you just reported yourself.

 
What I said; I went to teamspeak, no one there, Spoke to them in sidechat, nothing happened, went back to the situation due o "non-NLR" from my side since they RDM'd me.

I did not get back to revenge kill, I went back to talk with them, since they werent on TS, and didnt reply to me on sidechat. At scene, shooting was still going on around the houses, I pick up a gun from a downed guy, And I hide while I was Shouting in direct chat. A guy (Chong) came to my house and tried to shoot me and I fired back, same with last guy. All this happened while I was shouting in direct chat to talk.

 
Im not reporting the RDM, since I broke a rule to with NLR, But when he VDM'd me, I had enough of this guy.

 
You do realise that you completely broke RP on an RP server? Are you sure you want judgment on this video?

Edit: I also want to see this video you spoke about in the clip.

RP from my point was broken after when they all came back again.

I will say, that I follow RP all the way, and if I do any mistakes, I try to speak to the person involved and say Im sorry, learning something new, each and every day.

BUT, no disrespect, but when a person tell's me to shut the f. up, saying he dont give a "shit" about the server rules, then Sir, yes I brake RP. Im glad this have only happened to me once (This occation) ingame, since almost every one I've encountered on this server, have good RP, some better than others, but still.

But, as stated on the Topic; Report is about he's VDM.

@Vladic, When it comes to what Im saying to this guy;

  •  
  • Step 1. When there is a "conflict" between two parts ingame, you hop on TS (out of character) and try and sort it out with the opposite part.
  • Step 2. Opposite Part is not on TS; You go back ingame try to solve it with him. (And yes, I then go out of RP with the GIVEN person, to perhaps learn him the rules (Which he's obviously not have read).
  • Step 3. When your trying to find out if he knows the rules, and he starts to "shit" on you, yes then everyone would be furious, and when he sais "Fuck the rules" (Bad voice on footage, so Dont believe you will hear it), yes you get a bit furious.



When that is said;

1. Yes, I broke NRL due to he's RDM.

2. Yes, I broke RP when tried to solve the issue with him, and he litterally gives a f...

3. Nothing else than the VDM (Which is clear on the footage) is being reported.

How can this be turned against me? I dont even see him commenting anything on this thread, trying to explain (or even sort out he's point of view) what happened.

And as I said earlier in this post; I do not try to be/act/behave rude or disrespecting towards an admin or any others here, just dont see why Im being the bad wolf here..

You broke RP then they said that. I never heard them saying they dont care about server rules. I heard them saying they told you to lay down and then told you to STFU because you were in his face talking about RDM and server rules.

Ban approved for VDM with a warning to Scott. Next time you see rule breakers get a recording and do not go back and antaganise them out of RP. I will be watching you.
