Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: i had a 300k bounty, an illegal weapon on my back ( i was on an atv as passenger) and we had coke on us, the cops tried to pull us over we doubled back and fled, they followed, we crashed, they pulled up and i killed them.

They followed us, tried to pull us over, (this already means its not RDM as we have an actual factual reason for attacking a police officer so that we don't face jail time"only if we fail to escape or lose them" i don't mean 3L, i mean a police chase not just flashing some lights) its not like we could of gotten off and counted to 5 as loud as possible before shooting as they pulled up and all jumped out straight away, had i hesitated we would of both been dead and the cops would of had a job well done, i was scared and very jumpy with adrenaline by this point in the night having ducked and dived from cops all night but because i shot first i get banned ? and 5-6hours after the incident occurs ? was there edleast a shadowplay clip from them ?

we did 3 u turns and tried to lose them but they followed (unless a police chase isnt considered a RP situation), it all happened in the space of 3-5 minutes maximum but the deaths weren't that long apart, should i of left the last guy and RP'ed it with him after he killed my driver ? what would of been acceptable in that particular moment ? should i have been screaming intangible messages on microphone over the sound of their sirens so they knew i ment business? seems like a really stupid way to enforce a rule if so.  i would just like to point out that we both had guns on us, both wearing guerrilla uniforms from rebel and wearing shemags, its quite obvious to expect resistance especially as they most likely saw the rifle on my back. Imo it was total BS that i was banned but thats just the opinion of a currently pissed off lowly community member who feels unjustly banned but if you could shed some light on appropriate ways to act in that situation so i can adjust my trajectory behavior then im all for it. I have several friends who frequent this server and it would be a shame to lose access to it over something so trivial as a traffic stop gone wrong (for cops).

Also, my driver had literally nothing to do with the killings apart from shoot a few bullets that didnt even hit anything, if i am to stay banned, edleast unban him as he didnt kill anyone and was minimally involved in the slaughter.

found the report of me, he clearly knows i have a gun on my back, so SHOULD EXPECT resistence, had my driver not crashed there, there still would of been no way to RP the situation, unless we hid behind the wall and waited for them to surround us while we chatted? like wtf kinda rules is that ? a wanted fugitive shouldn't need to talk to the cops for a time before they can shoot, its so dumb, you're also missing another 10 seconds or so of video from that, we did one or two u turns before that moment started and he seems to have missed that, to you watching it looks like they saw us the first time like that, which they didnt. not that it would help it seems at this point 

should i have stopped, gotten out and taken my jail time like a man ?

should i have ran into a building and had a standoff? 

should i have run and fled? what constitutes the right time to shoot and engage an officer in this situation? it seems really far fetched he says " he has a really big ass firearm on his back, do you see that? " and im the one that gets banned because they weren't prepared for a possible attack? he had us cornered against that wall, we had drugs, an illegal weapon and i had a 300k bounty, surely that constitutes some change in the way i interact with police ? had it been a 30 minutes car chase would it of been ok to jump out and shoot them without a word then ? or must a microphone be used everytime you want to seer your words into anothers eye sockets?

The verdict is you dont have any clue what our servers are about and have obviously not read all of our rules. These disputes take as long as a piece of string.
