Description of what happened: My buddies and I were processing Heroin in HEMMT's, we just heard that there were 2 guys laying in the little building in the Factory. I told them I was going to check it out, I saw the 2 guys laying there. All of the sudden Sushini stoot up sad one word and killed me without any other word spoken. After that my Buddies got killed as well.
After a while MAMBO did send me a message on my Mobile even though I am and was always available on Teamspeak.
 
NOTE: When I was trying to get him in TS I at least got 3 other complaints about them, I hope they will post on this Topic as well.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM and Breaking RP
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, we got the conversation on recording. he admitted, they didn't want to compensate our lost worth of 3.8 mil. pound (Our gear 200k each including 3 fully loaded trucks with heroin). They weren't even complying by just giving us our trucks back.

The only sound you make on mic was less than a second before you shot Jeffrey which is not RP in any way and is classed as RDM. We were coming over to inspect the situation as you can see in the video, once you had killed him I'm authorized to open fire on you and we both started shooting at the same time so you're admitting that your friend (Peter Pickle) didn't RP aswell. 
 
Truth of the matter is, you guys got scared because we were running towards you, and to protect yourself you immediately engage in a firefight rather than attempt any RP to save yourselves. Jeffrey hadn't even fired a single bullet but you accuse him of trying to shoot you when we were actually coming over to talk to you guys as this is how RP works not by shouting "STOP! STOP!" a split second before you shoot to justify it being legit RP (@11s).
 
I can upload more before the first video to prove no RP was started before we noticed them camping in the little room.

From My Point of View

We were lying on the floor testing whether it was a good choice to stay there to ambush someone, and when I was going out there to see if anyone could see us if someone passes by the window , and , at that moment  we heard trucks arriving so we had no choice to stay there

we lay there while 2 guys where probably  processing and when one of you guys came close to us thats when Sushini got up and shout 3 times to stop and killed one.

After that moment i  i got up and went near the door where I saw someone out of the window going to open the door. 

when he opened the door I still said Hands ups even when it was not necessary because From the moment that sushis kills one and still are 2 people with guns (your gang) you can reply with gun fire right away . even after his death I tried shout to you guys to surrender .

I do not see any reason of my name being in report and if there is a question to solve here is to prove if sushi did or did not R.P because the rest its a irrelevant chain reaction.Otherwise i can upload my video with my P.O.V

 like i said before Sushini said 3 times you to stop therefore  what you're saying is a lie. what you could perhaps ask is whether it was enough to start the R.P thats another question

  If admins want my video to analyze more facts i will upload my video .  just got the last five minutes because is how I configured the shadowplay or just upload the part where Sushini's shouts 3 times STOP.

Okay, to clarify this, we are uploading a new video prior when Remix arrived at the Heroin Processor. (since he was the first one to arrive)

Everything recorded was within the range that you should clearly hear everything being sad in Direct Chat, as you can see and hear from our video there was no RP what so ever only the 2 of you guys standing up and shooting me straight away.

In the video (play it as 0.25x speed) you can clearly see Sushini standing up while he already had his weapons pointed at me, me backing off a bit with my weapon "Holster pointed at the ground". We didn't start RP with you guys, we were just going to check who was laying down there since Remco (The one driving past the window and warning us about armed guys) told us you were laying there.

I suggest you guys to upload your "evidence" within 24 hours and not to respond to the Topic in the meantime just to make this Topic more clean and easier to understand for the Admins who will have to decide about this "Accident"

(So please stop responding with 3 reply's below each other from the same user and since you are in a gang and I'm not sure but I think it is in the rules you should have a TAG in your name.)

first I want to say I'm not commenting on behalf of anyone and I'm doing it because I was present there.

As I said  , the moment where he(sushini) killed him is the critical point of this case  , therefore i only edited the part of the beginning where  sushini initiated the action. 

As you can see is very clear that the sushini said 3  times stop before shooting you ,  and you can verify that he had plenty of time to respond,  and as i  said earlier  , the issue here is  if his R.P was enough to.

First of all in the video you can clearly see me walking back when you stand up and shooting me straight away, I mentioned to you in TS that you shot me without RP.

Secondly I'm really curious why you guys didn't upload the entire video of the so called shoot-out since you claim there was no RDM what so ever. So I would like to ask you to upload the entire video since the rest of the recording is blacked out which in my eyes suggest you have to hide something there.

To make a long story short, in the video you didn't gave me enough time to comply with you saying stop stop.

it seems to me that there is some confusion here ,  I did not shot you and  and I did not kill anyone . I will repeat once more  , this is my Point of view not Sushinis , ( who spoke  with you on the ts was sushini. who killed you was sushini , Peter Pickle is not sushini )

The Problem I have is .. he is standing at the Window .. and you say "StopStopStopStop .. BANG."

The guy didn't even had a chance to react .. 

For now I won't issue a ban but see this as an official warning to step up your RP next time because another time I won't let you off with this.
