please come help me in support room, have been sitting here for 30 minutes now without anyone showing up.

 
Be patient, staff are voluntary members who also have personals lives, furthermore it is christmas time so you may expect majorly increased wait times.

 
It is Christmas time so most likely everyone (including me) is having diner with his/her family or friends. Be patient and eventually someone will come and help you!
