The Super Car version of the Sultan RS which, after some testing seems to be going the same speed as the Sultan RS Classic which is a sports car and has a "worse engine" as technically speaking the RSV8 is supposed to have a better engine since that's what it is hence it being a supercar. The car itself is worth about double. (Kinda hard to price because of the import situation) but the RSV8 has always been around 800k ish and it seemingly doesn't seem to be faster after driving the 2 side by side. I believe some changes should be made to potentially make the RSV8 better or make it different in some way from the Sultan RS Classic because as it stands the 2 cars are identical. However I do see the issues with this happening is a slight "meta" my evolve around the car as the Sultan is already a super popular car with a lot of folk. However I believe from a RP perspective the car has a better engine therefor it should be performing better in some way. Sure you could say cosmetics are the reason to buy the RSV8 but it looks very similar to the other sultans. Including this, the Sultan RS Classic shares similar upgrade properties with the few differences being the race lights on the front and t he older look of the car, hence the name of course.
If you include all performance upgrades alone it is around 300k on the RSV8 which is nearly the price of the classic. (I know this is dealership based and an RP issue but you get my point) Essentially you are paying a lot more for no real benefit even. Even so, if the Sultan RS Classic is the same car than it makes the RSV8 almost redundant in comparison and people will of course pick the cheaper option when compared to the speed of the car. Not only this, the Sultan Classic RS and the RSV8 look very similar in looks therefor it will draw more people to the classic. Especially now as Imports are of course unavailable to purchase. More incentive on locals is handy. (At the time of writing)
I believe changing the car to be improved in someway not only makes much more sense in RP.
