Sultan RS Locks not working

As the titles says, I have a sultan RS in my garage reg is GQQL 937.

It has no mods, I have garaged it and put in away mulitple times. I have also tried selling it back to Warwick and buying it again. 

The locks just will not work. I haven't had the same issues with locks for any other car.

Just to let you know, these all work for everyone else i know with one they only don't work for green, my locks work on that and my Banshee 900R but they don't work for green on his or his SultanRS

Should now be fixed in the hot fix released last night. If you still have this issue please reply to this post and we will look into it otherwise this post will be locked.
