This is considered glitching and will lead to a permanent ban.

Technically you can't open the police doors with hands behind your backs, not to mention the fact that you need a key to open the door from the inside (I think, I watched a video of an American police officer getting in the back of his car and some kids locking him in it)

Its not the officers duty to ensure that you don't exploit/not value your life, it's your own.
