Sugestion V advertisment

Da Rules in the forum are final, i know that, however what if you want to sugest a website to one another like f.exs: I sugest getting into altislife.co.uk for "unknow reasons"

Is it advertisment? Or is it sugestion?

I know the gap is small and by making this post, it can be smaller. So where is the basic line between advertisment and sugestion posted on the forum?

"Da rules" be that you are not allowed to advertise another community, you are allowed to recommend games, youtubers, clothing, brands of peanut butter or optimal toenail length.

I have a picture for this. But I'm scared that the forum gods will smite me down. Would it b cool if I just posted a link and said ''NSFL'' so that it doesn't show on the thread and people know not to click it if they are squeamish? 

OH, WE SO NEED AN NSFL THREAD. IS THAT ALLOWED?
