Suddenly had a major drop in fps.

Okay so about a week ago I was getting around 35-40 fps but now I have dropped down to a solid 20. Does not go any higher. Has anyone got a few tips that could possibly help. I don't really bother watching the videos since most of them are for single player which runs at 60fps for me.

Happened to me for about two days then just fixed itself after that

yer happened to me today but the fps dropped to around 5 when i usually have about 30-40. Any tips other than lowering settings would be great. Thanks
