Is there a way to buy a submarine, as i see there is clams and the sunken ships, havent been able to see the SDV in the boat shop.

Not to my knowledge, just wetsuits and rebreathers will do do the job

There is a place to buy Submarines, just don't know where to get it

Smugglers Outpost sells the sub, as does ConBoat

I thought i had checked out conboat, or do i need a rebel license

You can buy the sdv at any boatshop once you have bought rebel training

it isnt bang on, but i should definitely be within 200m radius

not really worth if its a normal shipwreck,  normal one the best i got out of it was 280k for 30min work
