Description of what happened: I saw some people near mine and my friends trucks, so we tried to sneak around to get in to postion before starting a RP. Before any RP was initiated shots were fired so I returned fire to protect myself.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I asked sauvetheboy to come on to TeamSpeak and he did. He was very abusive and insulting.

LOL You report this guy for killing you. But the evidence proves you tried to RDM someone else, without speaking, regardless of the fact that someone was shooting at you.

Since he was shooting at you, you should of fired back at the shooter, not his friend. Can't see this being past as a ban on his behalf anyway,
