Description of what happened:
I saw a heli on the helipad of NHS, was wondering who owns it. Came down to talk to a guy asking for me. Saw this ghillie suited man run towards us pointing a gun at both of us so I started recording. Rest you can see from the video. He never said a word to us.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Tried, I told him the rules he broke (RPed them) in direct chat by writing he responded ^surprise. I made sure he understood the severity of the offenses and he responded by: ^lets fly.
