Strong Backpack Skill?

I noticed a few more skills and decided to respect in order to get some of the new ones, mostly the Strong Backpack Skill. After investing in the Strong Backpack Skill, I noticed no difference in how much items I could hold?

To clarify, I wanted the skill so I could hold more copper / iron in my backpack. Is that what it's for?

Forgot to make the weight auto recalculate. Just taking the bag off and waiting for around 5 seconds, and put it back on.

Where it comes to the skill, what is the max weight the bags will go to?

So is that the max it can go up an extra 15
