Add a app on the phone so people can make their own races and set up races and the person that starts the race pays the winner an amount they enter but you have to pay to enter the race 

for example :

i start a race for 30k for the winner 

5 people enter and pay 7k each 

 
there was hints of street races a while back,

there was even a actual race with checkpoints and everything that was on the race track up north some time ago the photo is used sometimes in gta stuff

 
Street racing is illegal having a app for it is stupid make a underground street racing group use reddit or twitter but not a new app as its ofc illegal type of thing

 
I mean you say that but what if it was an invite only app and then cops had to actually rp to get into it. Makes something for covert and CID to do

Other servers use an app and it works flawlessly, you need to be close proximity for the races to appear so not all cops will be able to sit in the middle of the city watching people make races.
