I dont usually involve my self with these things and i highly respect our Admins for their amazing work and what they have created here and the community is amazing, i have met so many beautiful people during these months but tonight i personally believe our beloved leader took it  a little bit... well i guess to far?

Let me explain to you...

Today we met the good old PLF, we've had some AMAZING encounters, roads, mountains and city attacks, i really really really enjoyed it and there was no problem what so ever.

Until... well, as the tittle says.

I really hate reporting people and creating bad influence for anybody, iv'e reported once i believe, that was so many months ago. 

Now here is my problem, please understand i am only telling the truth from my point of view, i'm sorry if i offended you PLF or the streamer and please correct me.

Our last encounter with PLF started in kavala, they rolled in with stolen cars and hunters and a couple of ifrits, me and my police officer where inside the green zone ( safe zone, no shooting, no robbing bla bla) they decided to park outside zone and start robbing the store and instantly started shooting tires and i jumped out of my car and told them nicely why are they shooting and i the answer was: We are robbing the store.


That is the video... and that is me speaking. No this video is not for reporting purpose just easier to understand ;P

(So in my head i was thinking this: They want a fight without RP? Best option for them is rob the store infront of a couple officers in the safe zone but why would they do that? They love RP)

Now they all got confused and kept threatining to shoot me and i kept telling them why are they shooting in the safe zone? And silently they went back to their cars and left, heading towards north of kavala where they started to kidnapp one of our officers.

Now here is where our problems started, i creeped behind one of their memebers and shot him with my rubber bullet gun and started moving in closely, he got up and i rubber bulleted him again so i could get close and restrain him, what he did while in the animation he entered his car and drove off...

Well alright, dont worry about it, probably a heat of the moment mistake.

I turn around to see a big ass Hunter vs Ifrit battle ( please note, it's chaos, everybody is ramming everybody to get out to safety, one of my officers get's VDEmed ( maybe by mistake mayby not but we have a big as recording if needed for evidence, not for  report  or to get the person banned just for evidence)

Now here is my problem... one of the persons in that big firefight was a streamer ( and obvoisuly our good admins will watch)

Now this streamer apperantly says: Ban them! Ban them!

And i  see that 2 of our officers gets banned for vdm, 

One of these officers is my DI which iv'e personally trained many months ago and we are good friends.

The second one is.. well.. he was a nasty rebel and now he is one of the best officers on the server ( sorry others <3)



That's the only thing i can find on VDM with ifrits or hunters.

And i kindly ask the admins to add a small quote regarding Ifrits/Hunters so this thing doesn't happen again.

This big ass post is simply me asking for an explanation why the hell  did our officers get banned ( no offence PLF but why not some of them as well?)

Why did the admin do nothing ( i think he was looking at the stream during safezone inccident)?

I just feel this is unffair.. personally, feel free to correct me...

I'm simply going to stay away from streamers, everywhere they go problems arise and i have to behave diffrently. 

No i am not telling you that you suck and your a bad admin Mr.Admins i am simply... i am simply writing this because i felt i needed.

The strreamer actually stated don't ban them. And he said he would feel bad if they were banned.

Looks like he will be having some bad feelings :(

 
PCSO's are instructed to respawn on the event of being taken hostage.

Its not printed onto the rules post and is more of a police rule. Will make a request for Wilco to add this to the police public rules.

 
Was not around for the situation,but this is my analysis of it.

The PLF greenzone thing is seperate from the streamer. I checked his stream's past broadcasts. If you look below in the summary they were not in the greenzone. Shooting before RP is fair to be upset about and report if they so choose. Debate can still occur though without prior knowledge due to previously captured police vehicles and police actively using Hunters.

I can say Ifrit/Hunter ramming has always occurred on the server,because it's safe from explosions. They're MRAPS which are explosive resistant armored cars. You can literally drive full speed into each other and they won't blow up,they'll just break tires,possibly break engine and hurt individuals inside. That being said I do not think the Hunter drivers should have been banned. 

Now onto the streamer in question,who is AnAtomicPenguin. The PCSO thing is debatable since it was technically an execution and no demands for money were given.(He also didn't disconnect which he had the option to do if taken.) With the vehicles the streamer actually was confused and cited Zens as he is a high ranking police officer who would know,therefore adding to his confusion and thought vehicle on vehicle ramming was VDM which is the case with running over people and any exploding rammed vehicle. As I've previously stated the Hunter/Ifrit situation has been the same for a while and as previously cited in the original post above discussed as well. That being said he thought it was VDM and even asked in his stream if it was VDM. Presumably to any admin(s) that were there at the time hence the responce Zippey spoke of followed by banning which I could not see or verify in the stream's past broadcast. That being said,the streamer stated that if it was VDM he wants them disciplined not banned as he doesn't want to be the cause of a ban. Far later on at the end of the broadcast however Wilco appears and explains things to him. They talk more and summarizes he doesn't like to be the cause of problems where he said and I quote "If I ever do become an issue for the server,I will be the first person to just leave. I don't mind man. If it's best for the server I can just leave. I just have alot of fun playing here man." This is a rather selfless offer and I hope it does not come to that.

Situation Summary:

-PLF Greenzone-The greenzone does not cover the bank area or the basketball court. The shots fired can be discussed if anything prior has happened,warning shots,aiming for Hunter tires,etc.(Zippey was in a Hunter and there were stolen police vehicles so I'm assuming something went on.) Also the robbable mini bank is placed to close to the greenzone for my liking. *cough* Wilco *cough*

- MRAP Ramming- It's never been a problem. I cannot speculate on the police banning for I do not know who did it,but it is likely that is was reported or spammed. It was however to my knowledge sorted directly afterward.

-PCSO Taking-As I've stated it is debatable as it was technically an execution,no money was demanded and he did not disconnect which he can do if taken hostage. This debate can be taken up with police admins who have more authority and knowledge on this than me as well as ask PCSO Mike on the situation if necessary.

My personal opinion is this is a massive misunderstanding on multiple sides

 
reference the PLF incident they was outside the green zone, but they was shooting into the greenzone, I am currently at work but will be uploading the video when I return home, the PLF members was mrpat and one other I have the names but like I said I would have to return to the video to be sure

+1 that the bank is in an awkward position and the main road leading to the bank is in the green zone as well. How to exactly determine if someone is inside or outside the zone when in a shootout at the bank?

Put an ATM by the carshops as it was before and move the robable bank a bit away.
