Stormy weather before server restarts

Set the weather to storm with lighning before each server restart.

People already refer to server restart as the storm in RP, thought it may improve RP even more this way.

Just an idea.

Pros : Probably minimal dev work

Improves RP

More realistic

Cons: Storm may be loud and people may struggle to communicate over the noise of it

If it was to be added should be the last 5 mins before restart as that storm can be really loud!

This would be great, some more common unique weather, plus a little throwback to Altis as well as making ‘The Storm’ make more sense. +1
