My name is Kelvidores, I am but a humble man from Altis, I, as all of us have, have started from the bottom and worked my way up from there. I have come from but a mere apple picker to a great salt miner, and in my time I have noticed many flaws with the government of Altis, on how it spies on us and on how it interacts with the people. I hope to, for the freedom of the people, for the freedom of us all, become Mayor of this Island.
What do you mean spying on us?
I don't know if you've noticed, but if you've ever been in a desperate situation, you may have turned to crime to help you get through the month. We've all been there, we've all been desperate and we've all needed a bit of help to get us through the hard times. When in such a situation you may commit the crime, but the police always know that you've done it. They know when, they know how, they can even see what you had for breakfast that morning... And so the question arises... How do they know? How can they see what's going on? How can they know this information? The answer? Hidden cameras... They're everywhere! Wake up people can you not see that small red blinking in the corner of your eye? I for one am tied of being spied on, my every move watched and stalked by the police and government... Ever been in the pub with your mates? Of course you have, and you know, it's really creepy to think that every conversation that you've have with your mates is saved as a .mp3 for the Mayor and police to fap over later. That's right people, I also believe that they collect and store this information to self pleasure themselves later. Have you seen how much lube has been imported into Altis in the recent months? They could be selling videos of you too porn sites for money. Money that should rightfully be yours, hell money that shouldn't have been available in the first place.

Are you going to sit there with that little camera beeping in the top left of your room and let them record you, record your Mom, your family? (They probably have nudes of your mom btw) Or are you going to take a stand? Are you going to be man enough to stop the government officials fapping to and selling images of your body online to strange Russian men who fap to it and say "no homo" afterwards?
