Still Banned (No response)

@Wilco  Although being told i was unbanned, it seams i cannot enter any server, as the ban still there.

Can i do anything about this?

No trace on either banlist - presumed either unbanned already or wrong GUID given. Player should advise whether he is still banned. If no response within a few days, move this to actioned and leave it.
