Stee rdming after vdming

Description of what happened: Was driving from the meth lab to agios when I started being vdm'd by people on go karts, after they had finished vdm'ing me and I crashed into a spike strip complied to getting out of the vehicle. Once out of the vehicle I then started to put my hands on my head once the animation began I was then shot.
What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM, RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I have talked to the officers and sorted it out, didn't feel like I would get anywhere with Stee

Would just like to say, that me and joster have sorted it out and everything was explained and he was comped by me, and I agree that me and my fellow officers actions such as dicking around on go karts was not the rp that I or the police want to show off to the fellow users of this server and I am deeply sorry that this has happened,

First why not?

WilcoReporting should be the very very last option! I am going to change the report form today and the way we handle reports... Anyone found to be reporting just out of a petty dispute or hate towards another player might find them-self in hot water, We want clear cut reports only, honest ones and reports where every method of communication has broken down... lets have a nicer community not one where people report the other player of sneezing out of RP 
Ok I only appear beside you in the video at 01:35 and as you can see I never came in contact with you so where was the VDM?

At 02:46 where the apparent RDM happens, you can see in the video I was standing in front of the Hemtt Box where I have a limited view of you and from my point of view when you jumped out of the Hemtt and instead of putting your hands on your head straight away or even lowering your weapon, you turn towards my fellow gang member with your assault rifle at-point and ready to shoot so I felt the need to kill you before you killed him. It was an instinct reaction and I had a short amount of time to make a decision. If you had not turned towards him I would not have shot.

- I just noticed something, at 01:12 of your report video you cut atleast 3 seconds of footage out. What was that of? and don't try and play it off as a recording glitch because that is not what it looks like at all.
