Yeah, it's one annoying piece of shit. It seems to develop more faults as time goes by. Now, after about 30 minutes of use, it just freezes and has to be reset.

Plus as @CMO Norman says, you gotta invest in a controller and only a few brands are actually compatible with it. My Logitech controller was useless. No wonder it's £2

I have had zero problems with mine. Also you can just plug in an Xbox controller and your good.

not used mine much i got the steam controller with it it seemed to work well but not used it that much just for indies like speed runners

Use mine with Xbox controllers works really well from my experience
