I wouldn't be surprised if it follows a similar format to a lot of places whereby they force you to use their form, and in the event you click no type answers to all the questions meaning the automatic process wont work, only then will it give you an option to contact support.TY for that i just have a problem how do i open the ticket? i cant find any email that i can text or anything.
I have tried to change the password on the account and it says that it changed secesfully but when i try to log in it says incorect, i have changed my email pass aleready.https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithAccountStolen
At the bottom "reset my password" try that - I'm aware you said all your information has changed but try that process. Can't seem to find a direct email for steam, I'll have a look around and get back to you. In the meantime I'd suggest aswell changing your email password and/or adding 2FA.

Although a desktop one sounds convenient, I think it makes more sense to go with the recommended approach of using a separate device. Having it on the same machine makes it a little redundant when it comes to malware on the device, theft of it, or just others using it.I have been using this for years now, so usefull and saved my account a few times. When I first got it couldn't use phone due to multiple steam accounts now I just use it for ease of use.
