Time & Date this happened: 02/11/15 between 1 and 2pm give or take
Which Server did this happen on: Server 1
Description of what happened: This guy was driving on the wrong side of the road smashed into us so we got out to repair his truck and are NHS hatchback and then he stole the NHS car and tried to drive off with it
What Rule Was Broken ?: Stealing NHS Vehicle also doesn't seem to have a microphone
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: yes but he wouldn't answer
