Is it possible to steal veichles like Hellcats, Blackfishes into your garage?, since you can't scrap them as a civ?

”Another week another update, The chop shop steal has been fixed as i got some time to do it today, you cannot steal rented vehicles (Exceptions are hunter and Prowler) and any vehicle that can be scrapped can be stolen! “
