If I steal a cop taser will it transform to a pistol or taser???

You can shoot someone in the leg to stop them from running and then knock them out.

I don't know if that has changed, but whenever I took a taser it just went lethal.

Same for me, I've bought a couple of them off of the auction house as well as getting them off cops. None disappear and they're just normal pistols.
