I was wondering if shooting starter pistols at people would be considered RDM, since it only fires a blank.

RDM is when you kills someone randomly, Starter pistol dont deliver any damage so its not rdm if u shoot anyone with it,

I cant imagine a scenario where you would get done for RDM by shooting blanks, but I could imagine you getting shot in return if you fired a starter pistol at someone, so just be wary you don't start a gunfight that you will certainly lose!

@angellfall would knocking someone out without ignition be considered RDM too. Or would it be fail rp

Knocking someone out would not go under the rule of RDM as the rule is really straight forward towards shooting at someone, like stated above. Rules of this server do not know a term of initiation or fail RP. Thus making your question a tricky one. If one would go just around hammering people on the heads without any RP background this would be trolling. So if you would to use the ctrl G without any form of RP backround the chances are you would get done for as its just plain stupid.
