So when you first enter the city storage is not that big of a problem becuase you'r just getting started. but lets say a few days where you managed to grind some money or maybe your playing in a group, you put some money together with your friends and decide to buy a house. Then... You come to the conclusion that there is no houses available and they go for crazy high prices, Considering the amount of players and a certain limit on the houses only the very rich can afford one because no one else seems to have any intention to sell their small 1 room appartment. To me this doesn't seem to be totally fair, sure if you have alot of money you can buy any 4 football field playboy mansion but for poor fellas and new starters ready to build up their empire they need a place to sleep and store their items.
Options
1. Multiple motels where rooms can be rented not fancy looking just a simple place to keep items like you hard earned Casino Tokens. (The motels could also be interesting places for meetings and other activities)
2. A small room/appartment with a bed to (logout/disconnect) and a storage place > optional (changing room) for different saved oufits
3. Public storage: It would be cool if players where able to purchase or rent storage cabins. Where nothing else can be done it its just a simple place where stuff can be stored.
4. Extra, and for the very very rich among us in the city a fully operational banking system would be nice so within the bank players can store their valuable items no matter what it is, and they recieve a certain amount of payment back for the items stored in the bank, (the bigger the bank the more money you recieve in return for storing your items there) but to balance it out the risk is that if that specific bank gets robbed you loose a percentage of the value of the stored items. For Example: you store 150k and you recieve a payment of 5k every hour stored in the bank but when the bank gets robbed you loose 25% something like that (I don't know if this is possible to add in it's unique I have never seen it anywhere else)
