start fresh

I was just unbanned and I would really like to start fresh on aluk so is there anyway to get an admin to reset everything ingame so that it would be asif I just started?

Remove all money by giving it away back to the basic £100,000. Ask police to scrap all cars and roleplay getting the licensed by giving away the cash?
