Description of what happened: Allright, me and a PCSO were responding to a service station robbery, the PCSO got killed, however he managed to rubber bullet Stanley. After that I restrained Stanley. Stanley was abusing a glitch and shot me multiple times with a weapon while he was restrained. He didn't kill me, but he called his friend, he might have said that he injured me, which is powergaming. As I was not able to run anymore, his friend killed me.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No. That won't work.

I need evidence of him restrain glitching. Atm there is nothing wrong. If there was a robbery and the police shows up they can shoot you.

I have no evidence of restrain glitching, I'm sorry. Indeed they can shoot me if we show up, that's what they did. However we managed to rubber bullet him and restrain him after that, then he glitched and shot me.

Anyways, let another rulebreaker go away with what he did, hopefully he'll be banned soon

Screenshots dont really show alot other than being killed by someone... im unsure if RP happened just your word against his... as for the glitching i need some evidence for that.
