Does anyone know round the time of month when the staff applications will be open again.

I know a post got brought up about this not so long ago just wondering as I would love to be apart of the team and show my commitment.

Staff Applications are opened as and when required, there is no timeframe.  If they feel they need new members tomorrow then they'll open them up, if they don't think they need any new ones until next year then they won't open them until then.
