So I re-Read the Staff Application Guideline so it says, "You may not be given feedback on unsuccessful applications". Does that mean that i will also not be told if its not been accepted?

Correct, that is exactly what it means.

This is correct! You wil be informed if your staff application has been successful but if it hasn't been you won't. The reason for this is the huge amount of applications received.
