What are squad xmls

I see they are against the gang rules but what are they

a file hosted on a website that tells the server that this person with this playerid and this name is part of this group and they use this picture and then the game recognizes this and adds the files information to the player and adds the group picture on its arm (if he has clothes supporting xml) and show up on the side of cars

this can be enabled and disabled serverside

This is disabled on Server 1 but enabled on Server 2 & 3 for some reason.

S2/S3 will be looked into later, They should not be usable on any server on our network.

Squad.xmls are very bugged and have been for a long time, Potentially someone could either cause issues (desync) or even crash the server by poor formatting or hosting.
