Before I start, I would like to apologize for my spelling, while English is my mother tongue I am pretty horrible at spelling

Hello, I am Ameer, many of you probably don't know me since I'm a new member on AltisLifeUK, but I've had experience on many other Altis Life servers, and I would like to make myself a well known member in this community.

I've been playing for only a couple of days, and decided the community was great, and I even posted an application to join the police force, but I do have some comments, and while I am in no position to be criticizing and the admins have full right to just ignore me, I have spotted many things when it comes to bans.

I've been reading through out the denied unban requests and saw a big reoccurring factor, but before I get into that, I have an unanswered questions, what do administrators think that issuing bans do? Do they think it's only a punishment, like jail? Or do they also think that it gives players enough time to see and look upon what they've done, and "rehabilitate" and be "safe enough" to come back and be an active part of this growing community.

While looking upon most of the denied unban requests, I have realized that administrators tend to not see my point. I feel, and this is my opinion, that bans are made for learning from mistakes, and of course so do you, since you have implemented a first/second chance, but I still do feel like admins tend to bash players that have been banned and request another chance and "keep living", and when I say bash, I do not mean as in insult and batter them, I mean like treating people who have been banned like murderers. I also feel like the unbanning process on this server specifically is very complex, and it might be due to the fact that this community has many players, but I still do not feel like it is fair. I am prepared to be bashed by many members of the community for expressing my very strong and one sided opinion, but I feel like the smaller people in the community will relate to me more. There is a fraction of the bans that occur due to a mistake, a big one, or a small one, it changes, but of course, a mistake, that can always be fixed, and I feel like those poor people who have made 1 or 2 mistakes are being treated like the other half of  people who exploit, duplicate, hack, insult ect. and while I admit not to be a goodie two shoes, this occurs much too often, once again in my opinion. I am doing something completely unnecessary by defending people who don't even know me, who probably don't care about me, but I do want for everyone to feel warm and welcomed in the community, equally two, as much as a player who's been playing for 1 hour compared to a long time donator, and all of this might come from the sole reason that I've always wanted my race to feel equal, even thought I can't really change everyones opinion, I try because I think it's the right thing to do, and I also try to keep myself away from aggression while doing these acts, and this post has been a big step for me.

I kind of started this topic with a specific topic in mind, but it just connected to my main topic, I want everyone to feel equal and not threatened by more experienced members in the community. I love this community and really needed a place to talk about this, I don't even know if this is the right forum section to post it in xD

Admins, Donators, and long time players can look at this post and ignore it, call this bs, or just laugh, but I do know that if smaller members in this community who feel threatened by all the amazing things that go on and a community that expands almost at "the speed of light" see this post, they will know that we all do appreciate them, and that they are equal to everyone, to an admin, to a gang, and to me.

I hope this post will be looked upon seriously, and if this post offends anyone, I would like you all to know that there was no intention in doing so.

As I am "demanding" that the community changes, I also want to change, I would like to apologize for anyone I have offended in my 5 days of playing, to anyone I have ranted about, and I hope we can patch things up

Before you go to the Dispute a ban section you firstly need to look at the report a player section. I personally give people that did "light" things most of the time a second chance and leave them with a warning on their report but sadly sometimes people that only did a minor thing have an attitude that is just toxic. You then can see it in the way they behave and comment on their reports. They either show arrogance or ignorance and this is what leads to a ban most likely. If you have a decent attitude no one really bashes on you. If you made a mistake and you honestly say so on your report trust me I most of the times just warn them not to do it again. That is a thing that people on the Unban a Player section often don't see. The abuse that Admins get dealing with the minor things. Breaking a rule still is breaking a rule and obviously we Admins HAVE to deal with it. But if you talk to us as if we are about to kill you and murder your family and insult us or other players - I am sorry - In that case you DESERVE a ban. You seriously need to start looking at both sides. If I could record you would see how many times I walk through Kavala talk to friends and get randomly insulted as a whore or a bitch. Many players also tend to lie on their Disputes. Other people tend to lie about Admins. I had some long time member of this community spreading a horrible lie about me just to make me look back. It is not only the Admins all the times - sometimes it's the players. Of course us Admins have bad days too - but let's be real here we are also only HUMANS and we do loose our temper too at points. We also wanna live and not get ordered around. Hear demands and often not once the words "please" or "thank you". There is ALWAYS two sides of the coin. And both sides are equally at fault. In the end no one forces a player to break the rules. It is their "own fault" but if they act mature about it and not like some spoiled angry child then most of the time it ends good for the person and peacefully.

I'm sure that Admins can have bad days, and once again this was my perspective, and now that you show me your side of the coin I do understand, and you have no idea how much I respect you guys' work but we also get frustrated, much like you guys, and sometimes even more than you, and our conversation here just proves how we need to look at both perspectives before engaging in arguments and ect.
