speed the taze time?

is there a way we could speed up the time it takes to taze the person after being hit by a tazer? cant play a BH as every time you taze they are able to empty a clip before even having the afect...

No, tazer is already OP in close ranges.

Shouldnt be increased, just get cover, and learn to hit and wait.
