Why don't you study code? Try and become a Dev. That's just the hardest bit but you have everything else. and its not about being creative. It about you actually doing it and knowing how to actually put it in place.

I have tried coding but did find it too enjoyable. I might try it again tho if anyone has some good coding school online...

Maybe I could make it easier to protect? So cops would guard hm, but if it's seeing robbed it will also be easier to hold.

I was also thinking of maybe placing it near the water up north west. It would get some more activity up there
