Description of what happened: I was being pursued by police for having an Ifirt. After the police disabled it I ran on foot trying to escape but the police rubber bulleted me. While I was clearly rubber bulleted the second time SPC IL Sea Lion attempted to execute me. No other cop was shooting and there was a PCSO standing next to me.  As you can see from the video Sea Lion would have killed me if he did not miss most of his shots. 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Attempted Execution.
 10H) Police are not allowed to execute players. There is no excuse for this. (Punishment is a ban)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes I and a conversation in type direct chat where he said "You were shooting at us so you were a threat to us so I had to eliminate you." Then told me to go to forums so here we are.

Ok let me tell you i was saw you with massive gun runing away and befor you what shot the offciers and you get threat for our life so i had to shot you and all of offciers wasent shoot same ammo so i was shot leather and other rubber so the animation was that you get rubber buller and  you go crone and dont forget the range i was shoot you down multipale time so try kill  you after you shoot us and got emidietly threat to our life and first that  you upset that wii set you down so stop destroy role play and make me get out of role play  to explain you that the animation got me confuse  and you gote restrain same time like i saw in video ok but i didnt exexute you i was kille you because you engage us first and that  you shoot us and then run way not mean that i need cahnge ammo to rubber ok and i am realy not come exexute if i whant do that i will go to co op or koth  and i was defend myself and shot you fasy so you not go behind building and its not exexute its self defend and i not need rubber bulet you  because you stop aim at me and my officers and At one word I DEFEND MY SELF AND KILLE KILLER that THREAT OUR LIFE WITH GUN AND BEFOR WAS SHOOT Us so you shoot first and i was shoot back all the point its that confuse because both amm and restarin same time so i was confuse but any way its not exexute its defend life and i haev the right to kille you 100%

 
I was turned away from any of your officers and there were officers further away from me than you that could see I was clearly rubber bulleted. I asked the 2 cops that drove me back to the police station if they could see I was knocked out and they said they could. Why did you think there was a PCSO standing beside me with his gun lowered and why did you think you were the only one shooting? I was no threat rubber bulleted or restrained. You clearly wanted to kill me.

and i have the right to shoot you when you threat my life ok do not BUT DO NOT SAY Sonthing that i didnt say if you not ME 

3 words is valvue my life  its mean that i have to shoot you to defend my self

 
I did not shoot one bullet between me getting out of the ifirt and the PCSO rubber bulleting me. I had my gun on my back the whole time. You are trying to justifie executing me when it says in the rules  There is no excuse for this. (Punishment is a ban)

ok you can say i was secure the pcso and shoot at you and  i not exexute ok

and another thing from my point of view i was saw him crone so i shoot him like another offcier was doing

 
@Vacatio @Neo Not sure if this can be moved without admin aproval, calling you lot in to make the decision here.

This is not a complaint, this is a report against someone "accused" of breaking the rules.

 
i just come and say that i didnt break a rules i didnt exexute aim from my point of view he was cron on floor and like i did say befor some offciers shot rubber and some leather and when you shot simeone leather and then rubber the health go back to 100 present adn i was saw the pcso restrainyou but after and i was confuse but the unholstering gun and when i saw him restrain you i was stopp shoot maybe my game got delayed or somthing i not thechnical expert but thet the tru and sorry if you think i exexute you  I didnt exexute you  

and now let the admin choose and hope you understand my point of view
