The incident:
My mic had broke while playing Altis life, fault unknown, this gave the output of the mic a static sound and my voice couldn't be herd. I look on teamspeak for my TI gang members, none are on. I notice Sovereign online who is a part of the UNMC, earlier that day UNMC had a fight with the police which I had got involved in. I joined the channel he was in to ask him if he was involved with the fight with the police. But of course all he heard was loud static. He replied with "hello", then I reply with "hello" but my mic feedback gave out static instead. Sovereign then tried again with another "hello", after receiving another static sound he said "well goodbye then". And Banned me. This whole time thinking that my words were getting through but he just couldn't hear me. So obviously I was confused, the ban read " You are banned permanently. Reason: "spamming radio static in tS rooms." "
What should have happened:
After hearing the first static sound from my mic, Sovereign could have said, "hey Man, mic has static" or "mic broken" or pretty much anything that informs me of my static output. Or could have simply kicked me with a message stating the quality of my sound. Or simply sent a message, "mic feedback to loud".
What happened:
After not understanding the possibility that my mic was broken, instead of fixing the situation for both parties, he just through my party out of the window (metaphorically). This meaning he wouldn't have to deal with it, himself. Leaving me without communication with gang members for what has been more than 48 hours has been hard on me to get things done, in game.
Conclusion:
I was wrongfully banned on behalf of Sovereigns impatience. And I also believe people with this power need training on situations like this, so they don't jump to conclusions and ban without a second second thought, or any thought.
