No idea if it was us specifically but I was told it was.
Yesterday and the day before myself and my police escorts successfully crashed the server 6-10 times by having so many people in one spot driving vehicles and gearing up.
Basically crashed the server with my speech.
They also limited the player limit to 100 to stop it and even that didn't work.
