Somewhere to store gear?

Hello  everyone

I just started playing again after a couple of months.

And i spawned in with a ghillie suit and an mx sw in my backpack and an mk in my hands,is there anyway i can store my gear in a safe space since my house got "deleted".

Or is a house the only safe way to store gear.

The only way to really store your gear "safely" is in a house when you log off
