Some Rule Questions

I have a couple of questions regarding new and old rules that I still am not sure about!
A) Am I allowed to log on as a Police officer when the blasting charge has been placed as long as no one has told me about the HM and I do a nomrla patrol afterwards as I have jumped into a Gen Ops channel and many people have told me just so long as no one has told you)

B) Do you have to Roleplay an execution while in a gunfight?

A) (4.7) Using out of game communications to encourage other players to log on and sway the result of an event or roleplay situation is forbidden. Similarly, joining the server using metagamed information is forbidden. (Punishment is a ban) So if you are not being told to log in but you want to go on a regular patrol and there happens to be an HM this can happen.

B)(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.  As police you cannot execute someone (9.1.8) Police are not allowed to execute players. This was abolished in UK law in 1965 . (Punishment is a ban)

I hope this will answer your questions

I guess @DSGT Fergus means that do you need to shit chat with someone while they are bleeding in active gunfight. this rule above states Killing  or Executing must be carried out with high role play as long as it's active gunfight people kill other even less than saying hands up or I shoot. In my opinion there shouldn't be anything against executing someone as rebel while in active gunfight.

I get his point though.

Situation: You are in a gunfight after the high quality roleplay has taken place. You down someone during said gunfight, then proceed to go up to one of the people to execute them, still during said gunfight. Does RP need to be carried out for the actual execution? As there is a gunfight already being taken place, roleplay has been ceased?

What I mean is that do you have to execute someone in a gunfight by saying something like 'You are going to be executed in the name of SAS and AWM.' or can you just frag them?

When I used to be staff team it was clear that it is ridiculous to song and dance to execute someone during an active gunfight. The idea being execution in the sense of a planned ceremony to be high quality RP, but finishing someone off to be different.
