Some questions about initiation

Alright, i am kind of confused about some of the rules regarding initiation. 

1: How long does initiation last? Example: someone tells me to get out of my car or get shot, i drive off and try to get a sniper position to shoot this person. For how long am I able to shoot him without having to reinitiate?   

2: Some clarity on gang initiation. Example: someone tells me to get out of my car or get shot, i drive off. Is my gangmate who was not necessarily involved in the situation allowed to shoot him now?

1. As you not lose him out of sight or you just 100% sure without meta-gaming that it is him. For example if you get robbed at arac, then you meet him in agios you cant just pop him. i rhink you get the point Also cops if you fight them af Kavala and you escape to Agios without them tailing you if cop drives by agios you cant kill him too. But if they're chasing you and etc more backup you can shoot them because there's no timer for RP as it is engaged all the time

2. I think 99% sure that Yes your gang member can shoot the guy that initiated on you. 

-- correct me if am wrong . Also remember imo its better to lose gear and die then to get banned for RDM, so if its questionable situation just re-initiate.

1. Why would you go back to kill said people if you've successfully got away? Show you're not to be messed with? Or for roleplay purposes? Definitely not roleplay purposes, so there's no point in turning back just to get a kill. However if you do/have to atleast issue your own compliance if possible ' no I won't get out the car but you can put your hands up I have snipers' *warning shot* either he dies or he surrenders, you've got your pride back.

2. It is atleast preferable to have your team mate shout compliance themselves or atleast make the opposition aware that they may die if they continue down this path. You putting your hands up and getting robbed then your team mate just killing the guy/s after without a word is pretty shitty.
