some admins need to be changed

there is admin name fade in server 1 keep kicking me of the game for the last 3 days without receiving any reason and i'm sure there is so many people facing the same problem ... i say you guys give admin to responsible players or you going to lose players and good reputation of your server ... it's sad to see these kind of ignorant childish admins on cool server in arma

Pretty sure there is a reason why he is kicking you off. Are you sure that you aren't being banned by him. 

And maybe you should contact @F A D E first before doing this.

If you have a serious issue with a member of staff, there is always the community liaison @Edgar Ville who you can talk to, however I would recommend at least talking to the member of staff as nothing is done without a good reason.

Does "he"  kick you the moment you join the game? If yes then you're banned.

In that case maybe try talking to a member of staff other than the one you have an issue with. I'm sure if you go to the support channel on TS someone there can give you some guidance.

Ahhh, I have found out why you're getting kicked. You've been issued a 1.6 Community Ban

(1.6) The Staff Team may ban any member from the servers and community at any time if they are considered disruptive to the community or we have a valid reason to believe they are here to cause issues.

You say that posting this post was the last thing you wanted to do, yet if you attempted to contact any staff member with detailed information you would've been informed as to why you are banned.

If you are unhappy with my decision, the option to escalate it to staff leads, the community manager and management is still open which should be done in private and not on a forum topic.
