Solving situations?

Ok so theres a rule that you dont have to solve situations if you think the rule break is happening a lot or something like that.

so my question is: for example someone rdms me and we talked but i still feel like reporting him because he is showing disrespect and not wanting to discuss... . My question is: how do i tell him im going to report him without threatning to report which is a rulebreak?

If you truly feel that they have no regard for you and don't want to resolve it whatsoever (the point at which you should generally be reporting IMO), I don't see any reason to specifically inform them that you intend to report. Just go ahead and do it. When they notice / get tagged etc they will fight their case.

I don't believe you should be deceptive, but I do believe that they aren't owed any kind of warning if they make it clear they don't intend on resolving anyway.

Thanks, i rarely report only when the loss is so big they cant comp and i cant afford to lose... or if the rulebreaker doesnt come to teamspeak or understand his mistake...

(Reporting IMO is also not used commonly)
