Okay i try and access the website from my phone and it says i'm banned. Yet when i access from a computer I have no problem and the stats page says i'm not banned so i don't really know what to so.

So from what I understood is that you have no access to the website through the phone which says that He is currently not on his phone @C A M M M. 
So the question @Jason Detiri, is what does it say exactly? Just that you are banned? Quote , unquote "You are banned" ?

I think it's because you used your phone to try n log in from either a WIFI connection that is IP banned or because the 3G/4G internet you use is IP banned. Therefore the device can not access the forums anymore.

That is correct, mobile phones share the same IP as they sit behind a NAT. Only way to get it sorted is to find out your IP and ask a Admin to remove the IP from their Ban list. you may be successful depends if they understand what your asking for. 

You can also open a vpn to your home connection to access the site, most public VPN's often have bans listed against them as they are used for nefarious purposes.
IP banning in the UK is kinda pointless imo considering 90% of the population have dynamic IP, or at least have it expire after a few weeks.
