SOL - Unban appeal (Denied - Process not followed)

Hi there i am writing this for a friends as he is currently unable to do so My name is christian and this morning i had a message from sol asking why he had bin banned as he is very unclear about the situation,  he was on his way to the drug dealer and he was kicked from the server and hadn't spent much if any time near a city for a while :S  we are both honest and hardworking respectable people who enjoy playing in your server and i have done for a while now and my friend sol was only introduced last week so if he has broken and rules could i be informed of what he has done so i can explain to him and get this sorted out so he can come back into altis and have fun : Thank you very much Yours faithfull Christian
