i do not see any chance of this going well for me, they clearly got the admin on their side here but i was instructed to come here by the admin

to cut things short, first they blew up my car, with no rp whatsoever because i was in the shop and i came back to a dead guy and a mess on the ground, then they kill me in kavala main square while trying to break into my other car when i tried to stop them stealing it, right next to 3 police players

i will admit to breaking the new life rule which is a bit of a massively unfair one as i was merely going back to get my other car they did not even know about but for the admin to use that as my ban reason and let the real culprits get off scot free is a massive joke

i have reconsidered this ban appeal and i am just going to accept it because this server has been the most unenjoyable server i have played arma 3 on, you cannot do a damm thing without somebody trying to get you banned while they dance around the rules effectively bullying you with them and EVERYBODY bloody does it, i personally added wilco on steam because even if i was going to get rejected, i though i could have discussed the issue and how it could have been remedied after i saw this quote on his profile

"I am a friendly person myself, Everyone here thinks of me as a scary admin person and if you say the wrong thing you will get banned... That is far from the truth and you will find that out if you get to speak with me however"

i thought this quote had a semblence of truth to it and that he actually was a respectable person that could be talked to and not a another admin with a child like mentality, but after he denied my friend request and altered his steam profile to private and refused to discuss on teamspeak i guess its possibly not true at all

just delete the thread or put a party hat on it or something as a means to redicule me if you want. i wont say i do not care because i had some legitimate good ideas on remedying the biggest problem this server has and i was willing to help implement them, i would still like to get in contact with the server team but i am not happy about how this is currently being handled, maybe i am massively wrong here and he was just having a bad night but it is not really looking that way right now

Player was banned by me after I tried to tell him what he had done wrong and give him a warning however he became more argumentative saying he didnt know about NLR and was complaining about other players. I then issued the ban to ensure he read all of our rules.

He obviously didnt even bother to read either our server or ban dispute rules and has attempted to contact Wilco directly.

Player has accepted the ban and with his response above this may be the best outcome.
