So many who dont know the RDM or VDM rule

I think you need to educate or at least threaten ppl with how the rules works. I was just shot by some new bloke  30s after I spawned and all the other were cheering and this was in the middle of Kavala.

Now I cant go hunting this Mazala dude (yes that is his name) if I wanna follow the RDM rule, but there is nothing stopping him from keeping killing me ... ... ...

I wouldn't say so many people do not follow the rules, it's mostly a small minority. Try recording situations like this and making a ban report and they'll most likely receive a ban.
