So after only being on a few days, i have found that the longer serving players take this GAME way too seriously, not only that but both the police and bandits bully new players and lie in wait at ATM machines to rob the new players who have no money to buy weapons. I get that this is a roleplay scenario but how are new players supposed to enjoy it when the hardcore players dont give them a chance. Three times on to make money, robbed twice. im very nearly done with this game. I only bought Arma 3 to enjoy this experience but it seems it is full of bullies who are most likely not happy in real life and feel they need to overpower new players here. Sorry but if it happens again i will not only leave but stop recommending this to a friend who i know would like to try this out.  you have three servers and can barely fill one. I wonder why?

If this is a serious issue for you we will need more detail so we can action it. 

Also, You have not given us much information to go off. What run were you doing? How was robbing you at an ATM? Was this done by the same people over and over? 

The more detail you give us the more we can do to help you. However, what you have put here comes across more like you are moaning about being robbed rather than anything else.

When I started playing and making money, I used to play alone. The truth of the matter is that when you play alone you get robbed a lot because you're an easy target. In fact, one Saturday I got robbed 12 times and effectively wasted about 8-10 hrs. @INS MadassRubberduck probably remembers and can tell you I was not a happy bunny.
I don't often tilt or get annoyed at games and in general like to think that I have a reasonably positive outlook but that day I was at my wits end. Much like I imagine you're feeling now.

This leads on to what is in my opinion the best way to enjoy Altis life is to find yourself a group, being able to RP to a high standard got me into a pretty successful group at the time and it all went well from there for me. With a group behind me, it was easier for me to see that it doesn't matter if you're winning or losing a situation you're still playing a game and enjoying it. Now that's not to say I think many people actively enjoy losing, but its not about how I lost it's about how I got there for me which was the fun part. 
Also having people that have your back is always going to be helpful when you're up against pesky thieves or the police. There are several smaller groups on the island that are full of friendly & helpful individuals if you seek them out. If not check out the gangs page on the forums.

Sorry mate but that is not bullying let’s not throw around words just lessens the actual meaning of them. Getting robbed is part of the game it is tough for new players I won’t lie but it is not bullying.

Well as you see it as moaning about it then im done with the game. the people that rob me have way better gear and i have every right to play alone. oh well, uninstall and forget it is then. Only people commenting are people that run this site. and my point being about three servers. is this. If you cant fill one, and it is only filled with older players who target new players, how are you supposed to progress or keep new players from leaving. The online police are a joke too. im done with this, i honestly thought it would be less toxic than it is after seeing it on youtube. but here, the police bully you, run at you head on forcing you to stop when you are minding your own business. but seeing as im new i have no way of knowing how to track these morons. so, im done.  as to people thinking its ok to waste 8 hours or more then get robbed they really are the loosers here. if i play a game for 8 hours its for me to benefit, not have my stuff stolen and shrug and go oh well. I mean no disrespect to the people but my encounter here has led me to retract my profile and defer 4 of my friends from getting involved. I play games to relax, and i thought this would be fun with my real life friends. Sadly not the case. And to any of the little power hungry troll police officers, you genuinly killing what could be awesome. i have had plenty of experience with roleplaying games before and none and have across as savage as this. it just shows peoples real nature i guess. goodbye and thanks for wasting my time.
